How long does it take to receive my order?
Our products are made to order. Total lead times are: 2-7 days for production + 3-7 days for shipping to Italy (5-14 days total). Lead times are longer for Europe and the rest of the world.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can track your shipment in real time.
Shipped abroad?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and times are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on the destination and weight of the package. You can see the exact cost at checkout before completing your order.

How are your products made?
All Art Jungle products are made to order using high-quality print-on-demand technology. This means each item is printed specifically for you after purchase, reducing waste and ensuring freshness.
What type of printing do you use?
We use direct digital printing (DTG) for T-shirts and all-over printing for other products. The prints are durable, vivid, and long-lasting when treated properly.
How to wash the products?
To maintain print quality:
- Wash inside out in cold water (max 30°C)
- Do not use bleach
- Dry at low temperature or air dry
- Do not iron directly on the print
Will the colors be exactly as in the photos?
We do our best to display true colors, but there may be slight variations due to your screen settings. The prints are still high-quality and true to the design.

How do I choose the right size?
Each product has a detailed size guide on the product page. We recommend consulting it and measuring a similar item you already own to compare measurements.
Are the sizes standard?
Yes, we use standard European/international sizes. Always consult the specific size chart for each product.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment methods through Shopify Payments.
Is the payment secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments with SSL encryption. We don't store your credit card information.

Can I return a product?
Since the products are made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns for changes of mind. We only accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrectly ordered products. See our Refund Policy for details.
What do I do if the product is defective?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the defect and your order number. We'll evaluate the situation and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Since we start production immediately after you order, it's difficult to make changes. Contact us immediately if you need to change anything, and we'll do our best to help.

Yes! The print-on-demand model drastically reduces waste because we only produce what is ordered, without excess inventory. We also use suppliers who follow responsible manufacturing practices.
